4 out of 5 working but one is having issues. Still testing it at this point.

Controller is NOT required with proper firmware installed

Seller claims a controller is required. This is not true. Installing the Autonomous firmware makes these stand alone mode and they work fantastic that way.Cisco has a document in the folder for this AP on their web on how to convert to Autonomous mode. it does require you have the ability or account to download the firmware. be sure you can get that firmware first.

Verify They Are New Before Buying

These appeared to be refurbished items. They looked used and on some of the them the cover for the factory connection port was missing. I'm not talking about the Ethernet and Console ports either. All are working so far but I wonder for how long.

it runs like a champ

Hard to install if you don't know Cisco command. After configured them, it runs like a champ.

It's a Beast...!!!

I've test numerous access points in order to get a high quality wifi connection for my home. I always buy enterprise grade equipment for my home instead of plug and play consumer products which over advertise their performance. This access point is a beast. I had issues finding a wireless solution to reach my backyard and garage but thanks to this access point I can enjoy my backyard and stay connected to work and video streaming. The range and speed on this thing is amazing... It's expensive but you won't regret the purchase....

I buy these used all the time. We have a cisco controller with this and it is just plug and play. love them. great range, high quality. Aesthetically pleasing as well.
