Solid SFP for older switch uplink

Used this for a 1Gb fiber uplink between two older Cisco switches. Setup was basically plug in the SFP, patch the LC fiber, done. First use was uneventful which is what you want. Build quality feels like a genuine Cisco module, not flimsy. I’ve had it in daily use for about a month and the connection has stayed stable with no drops so far.

Works right away on Cisco gear

Popped this into a Cisco switch and it came up right away. No weird errors, link established fast over single-mode fiber. Been running for a couple weeks now and temps seem normal.
